I would like to know what other ppl's opinion is of this situation:
My husband and I are getting windows and sliding doors replaced by a reputable company. I unknowingly pointed out a wrong window to be replaced. They replaced it then afterwards refered to the order form and realized the mistake. Mind you, they only did the one window that day. That was done 4 days ago. My husband has spoke to the sales men that wrote out our initial order, and we have yet to get an answer to this dilema.
Any thoughts on this?
